City of Ada weighing electric rate increase 

Next month, the Ada City Council will make a decision on an electrical rate increase for city residents, but at a time when the cost of living is going up, some council members are of the belief that the city should not approve an increase. During her most recent appearance on the Kaleidoscope program, Ada City Administrator Ashley Larson talked more about these discussions, and why staff have asked for an increase in rates. 

Larson also explained what would happen if an increase is not approved.
