City Of Fertile Asks For Dismissal Of Angie Leiting’s Claims Against The City

R&J News is continuing to examine court documents in the case between former Fair Meadow Nursing Home administrator Angie Leiting and the City of Fertile.  Just as Leiting has asked for a summary judgment that would remove Fertile Mayor Dan Wilkens and the other four City Council members from office; the attorney representing the City of Fertile, Wilkens, and Fair Meadow Nursing Home has asked that all of Leiting’s claims be dismissed.  A hearing is scheduled for February 23 in Polk County Court in Crookston.

You’ll remember last June, Leiting resigned under fire as Fair Meadow Nursing Home administrator.  The City of Fertile owns Fair Meadow.
