Public defender Jessen Alexander asked for more time to go over evidence in the case against his client, Curtiss Wayne Hoffman. Hoffman, 54, is accused of multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13 years of age. The alleged abuse began two years ago, according to the criminal complaint, and the victim was known to Hoffman.
