Local Lions Club Plans Halloween Dance for Individuals With Cognitive and Developmental Disabilities

EAST GULL LAKE, MINN – The East Gull Lake Camp Confidence Lions Club will be throwing a Halloween Dance on October 10^th at the Legacy at Cragun’s from 5:30pm-8pm. The admission for this event will be a $9 per person fee—as well as one non-perishable food item. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Costumes are encouraged. There will be face painting, a photo booth, and music by DJ Tami Lu. This dance will be unique and catered to be accessible for individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities in our local community.

Lions Club International is a global network of volunteers working together to make a difference. The Camp Confidence Lions Club is unique in that it is a Club for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities, and these individuals are supported by Mentors who advocate for them.
