Monse Receives CRMC Trophy Fish Award

Heartwood Senior Living Community Activities Assistant Jessicca Monse of Crosby of today was presented Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Trophy Fish Award for going above and beyond in her job duties by on her own personal time helping a resident obtain her medications.

Her nominator wrote, “An assisted living resident was visiting her daughter at the family cabin and they became snowed/plowed in and couldn’t leave to come back to Heartwood to pick up her daily meds. Jessicca drove to the cabin with the resident’s meds to ensure she had what she needed. She is dedicated to her residents and co-workers.”

A member of Heartwood’s staff since 2018, Monse is a graduate of Aitkin High School. She previously worked for two years as a Certified Nursing Assistant at CRMC’s Care Center.
