Norman Mahnomen Public Health discusses back to school substance abuse avoidance 

Kim Meyers and Kelsey Merkins of Norman Mahnomen Public Health were a part of Monday’s Kaleidoscope program. One of the topics discussed on Monday was the growing issue of substance abuse in minors. Merkins discusses what you can do to discourage substance use in minors. 

Merkins also had some important advice for parents.
