Summer Weather Safety Reminders 

Summers in Minnesota and North Dakota can often be unpredictable and are constantly changing, and when people are unprepared summers can even become deadly. Tammy Carlsrud of Norman Mahnomen Public Health reminds you to be weather wise this summer. 

Carlsrud says being weather wise is also important when it comes to the summer sun, and she shares some ways that you can protect your skin from harmful UV rays. 

Overheating is also common when it gets hotter outside, so Carlsrud goes over the signs of overheating and the importance of staying hydrated.
