Treatment Court Month Continued – Kim Burnell’s Story

As we continue our coverage of our Koochiching County’s Treatment Court Program, we welcome in a participant of the program, Kim Burnell. Kim gives us her experiences with addition, acceptance into the program, and the changes because of the support that she receives from the program, and the people that is making our Treatment Court successful. Treatment Court, the program, and all the people involved,  are the most successful justice intervention in our nation’s history.
