Twin Valley City Council approves new rental ordinance
After months of discussions and revisions, the Twin Valley City Council officially approved a new rental ordinance at their meeting on Monday night. Twin Valley Mayor Mike Bolton tells us more about this ordinance, and what it does.
Bolton says the council also approved a land sale at Monday night’s meeting.
Bolton says the council also had a discussion regarding lead copper service lines, as they are seeking state funding to replace all lead and copper service lines in the city.
Other items discussed at Monday’s meeting included a city employee purchasing policy, the purchasing of a cyber security upgrade, and the approval of building permits.
