United Way of NE Minnesota Veterans Cash Raffle Drawing Party

We got to speak with Elizabeth Kelly of United Way of Northeastern Minnesota, where we discussed the organization’s United for Veterans whom is hosting a Cash Raffle Drawing Party on May 8th. Raffle ticketholders are invited to enjoy free appetizers and additional raffles while they await to find out if they are the big winner.

The May 8th Drawing Party is at 6pm at Jim’s Sports Club Bar & Grill in Chisholm

Limited $100 tickets are still available; all proceeds benefit local veterans through UWNEMN’s United for Veterans program.

Through United for Veterans, UWNEMN also creates and distributes a guide and directory for local veterans.

Elizabeth Kelly also shares upcoming veterans connection opportunities for 2025.

Then, she talks some more about an ongoing program happening at this moment. Operation: Service Story is a program begun early last year and is intended to help share and spread the stories of our local veterans.
