What’s the key to a successful auto theft? Getting a locksmith to make a key for the vehicle you’re trying to steal.  According to Sean Coffee, who was shocked to find his blue F-350 missing from a parking garage near Houston’s Hobby airport, that’s just what happened prior to it being stolen. Coffee says that a couple came into the garage claiming they owned the vehicle. Despite the fact that they had no IDs, no key, and no parking ticket but claimed they owned his blue F-350, they called a locksmith, who came in and made a new key.  The good news is that Coffee’s ride was found parked at a nearby hotel, but the clever crooks have not been identified. Coffee returned to the parking garage to obtain surveillance video showing the locksmith and couple, but was told he needed a court order to get that.
