White Earth Nation Begins Cannabis Sales

MAHNOMEN, MN—R&J News has been following the legalization of marijuana in Minnesota.  Starting Thursday, the White Earth Nation will be selling recreational marijuana to anyone age 21 or older. The White Earth Nation also opened a medical marijuana dispensary in Mahnomen on Monday.  A statement from the White Earth Nation says “this is a significant milestone for our community, marking a new chapter in our commitment to provide comprehensive health care options for our people. Our teams have been working diligently to prepare for this launch, and we’re excited to provide a safe and controlled environment for cannabis access.”
