ADA, MN—Ada’s American Legion and VFW Posts sponsored the annual Memorial Day ceremony Monday at the Ada Municipal Cemetery. Outgoing VFW Post 7557 Commander Craig Larson reminded us that Memorial Day is to honor those who died while serving their country. Lori Pladson placed the wreath on the tomb at the Ada Municipal Cemetery.
During a recent appearance on KKCQ’s Food For Thought program, Clearbook-Gonvick Police Chief Ryan Solee expressed concern over a couple of incidents involving young people. Solee says the second incident involved vandalism. Food For Thought airs weekday mornings at 8:45 on KKCQ 96.7 FM.
