Sheriff Guida on latest scams, ‘don’t click’ on suspicious links

Aitkin County Sheriff Dan Guida shared some warnings about avoiding scams, both on the internet and through phone calls.  Scam operations are on the rise, targeting vulnerable people through email, messages, and phone calls. The biggest ones are still “ love scams”, which prey on victims’ need to feel cared for. There are several other scams though. Sheriff Guida:
